Built on Discipline.

Proven Under Pressure.

Discipline Is Not Something I Teach.
It’s Something I’ve Lived.

For over two decades, my life has been built on structure, accountability, and execution—long before Pinnacle Performance Coaching ever existed.

Background

I served as a U.S. Army Geospatial Analyst from 2002 to 2005, where precision, structure, and disciplined execution were essential.

  • During my service, I was deployed to Operation Iraqi Freedom, contributing to mission planning, battlefield analysis, and operational decision-making. My work directly supported the Commanding Generals in identifying threats, protecting civilians, and executing operations.

  • I was awarded the Army Commendation Medal (twice) for meritorious service during OIF, along with multiple Certificates of Achievement for performance, leadership, and mission impact.

  • After being Awarded Certificate of Achievement for achieving the highest Physical Training Test Score in the Battalion, with an extended scale score of 346, I was hand selected to be the Battalion Physical Fitness Instructor.

  • Promoted to Sergeant after scoring a perfect 150 board score, and scoring the highest promotion score of 519.
    ‍ ‍

After my military service, I spent 10 years as a patrol police officer with the Sparks Police Department (2008–2018), including 4 years as a Field Training Officer (FTO)—a role reserved for officers selected to train and evaluate new recruits in real-world conditions.

I was awarded the Medal of Valor, the highest honor within the department, for exceptional bravery and sound judgment during a critical incident involving an armed suspect—successfully resolving the situation without harm to civilians or officers.

Throughout my law enforcement career, I was also:

  • Selected for the Honor Guard

  • Chosen to serve as a Field Training Officer

  • Recognized with multiple Certificates of Commendation

  • Awarded Patrol Officer of the Month on multiple times for complex investigations leading to the apprehension of high-risk offenders

Training, Certifications, and Professional Development

My background includes extensive training in:

  • Leadership development

  • Crisis response and hostage negotiation

  • Anti-terrorism and threat response

  • Hazardous materials and emergency incident management

  • Advanced investigative techniques and criminal case development

  • FEMA COBRA Certification - Nation’s only cert. for first responders to train in a "true toxic environment" using actual chemical nerve agents like GB and VX and biological materials such as Anthrax and Ricin.

  • ISSA Certified Personal Trainer

This training was not theoretical—it was applied in real-world environments where performance mattered.

Who This Is For

This is for individuals who are ready to:

  • Commit to a structured system

  • Be held accountable

  • Execute consistently

  • Perform at a higher level—physically and mentally

If you’re looking for motivation without execution, this is not for you.

If you’re ready to build discipline and elevate your performance—this is where it starts.

A Personal Note

I’ve spent my life in environments where discipline was never optional, and at times critical to life.

Now I apply that same standard towards coaching.

Because when discipline is built correctly—
everything else compounds.
